And that’s a wrap for 2021.

It has certainly been another interesting year. Milpara Community House will be closed from 4.30 pm Friday December 17 and reopen for 2022 on Monday January 24.
The Centrelink Agent will operate as usual throughout the school holiday break, except public holidays, the Emergency Foodbank can be accessed during those hours; Tuesday 10 am – 2 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am – 1 pm.
Our Term 1 2022 program will be going out later than normal we anticipate it will be available online mid-January via our website www.milparacommunityhouse.org.au and arrive in mailboxes late January. If you would like subscribe to our email newsletter or are interested in running any classes/sessions/workshops at Milpara please email Belinda milpara@outlook.com.
We would like to thank everyone for their support through 2021, there have been tricky times but many smiles and laughs shared too. Like it or not there have been some good things come out of this year like new technology skills, the little things in life have greater meaning, and we appreciate the opportunity to catch up with friends and family on a completely new level.
We acknowledge that it has not all been all sunshine. It has been a year to experience a greater spectrum of emotions and not all the comfortable ones! It has been a hard year and if you are feeling a bit deflated you are not alone. The Christmas season isn’t always jolly for every body and Beyond Blue 1300 224 636 www.beyondblue.org.au and Life Line 13 11 14 www.lifeline.org.au are there to help.
We look forward to seeing you all in the New Year, stay safe and take care.
