Milpara Community House is one of the lead tenants at the beautiful Korumburra Community Hub at 15 Little Commercial Street Korumburra which opened on November 10 2024. The building was designed by FJMT Studio and is an asset by South Gippsland Shire Council.
We are excited to share the building with other tenants including Myli (Korumburra Library), South Gippsland Shire Council Customer Service Desk (Tuesday & Thursday 10 am – 3 pm), Korumburra and District Historical Society. The building also has wonderful, shared spaces open for community hire and we love that we share the building with the many community groups who have regular meetings/activities at the Korumburra Community Hub.
Milpara has a lovely little alcove on the lower floor, including our Office, Services Australia Agent, Emergency Foodbank and Consult Room.
We utalise the shared spaces Meeting Rooms 1, 2 & 3 on the Upper Floor and the Flexi Space including commercial kitchen on the lower floor for a variety of activities, courses, information sessions and workshops. Milpara also has a Computer Lab on the upper floor.
The building is centrally located in the wonderful township of Korumburra. It provides a lift to for access between the two floors, three disability parking spaces (2 at lower floor entry, 1 at upper floor entry).
