| It’s all about repairing things (together). Bring your item to mend/repair and sit down with a volunteer fixer. You’ll find volunteers with repair skills in a variety of areas to assist with clothing, furniture, appliances, toys, wood, metal, textiles and electronics. It provides an opportunity for valuable knowledge to be passed on, connections to be made and of course reduce our ever-increasing landfill. Work carried out is free of charge, a voluntary donation is always appreciated to assist with running costs. Note: new materials/parts must be provided or paid for separately. Bi-monthly 2nd Saturday on even months, Saturday October 12 & December 14. | |||
